SoulOps
Diagnostic

Over two weeks, we look at your business from the outside in. You walk away with a Snapshot of how it's really running, and a Blueprint for the moves worth making over the next 90 days.

ONE QUESTION RUNS THE WHOLE THING
Are your beliefs flowing through your systems, or breaking down somewhere between you and the work?

What we'd actually do

DAYS 1–5 · GATHERING
The Picture from different angles
You complete one onboarding: client details plus a short, purposeful questionnaire built around the core vitals, and you share what you already have. We do our own outside-in audit of your site, socials, offers, and how you show up in the wild.
DAYS 6–9 · PROCESSING
First Findings session
Within 72 hours of your submission we come back with first findings: where things are flowing and where they're straining. Then we work it live, digging into what the data can't tell us.
DAYS 10–14 · FORMULATING
Snapshot + Blueprint readout
We go deeper wherever the first findings flagged a breakdown, fold in your reactions, and hand over the finished Snapshot and 90-day Blueprint in a final readout. We run a prioritization exercise together so you leave owning the plan yourself.
The whole process takes two weeks. Your total time is about two hours, plus two working sessions. We carry the rest.

What a Blueprint looks like

Phase 1 - Clarify it
DAYS 0–30
Formalize the operator role
TEAM

Give the new operator real authority so the business can move without waiting on the founder for every call.

Finalize the coach revenue split
BUSINESS

One clear framework meant pricing and payouts stopped being negotiated case by case.

Phase 2 - Build it
DAYS 30–60
Pilot a brand-led client pipeline
BUSINESS

The pilot tested whatever the brand itself could generate clients, beyond what individual coaches brought in on their own.

Name the methodology and give it language
BRAND

Turn what lived in the founder's head into something the team and clients can repeat.

Phase 3 - Scale it
DAYS 60–90
Stand up a CRM and shared workspace
TECH & SYSTEMS

Move client and coach relationships out of memory and into a system built for growth.

Write the role map across the wider team
TEAM

Everyone can name what they own, what they escalate, and what belongs to someone else.

We've run this before

For WOW, the diagnostic surfaced one driving belief: generosity. The care was real, and it was trapped in the founder. The Blueprint put structure around that care so it could scale beyond her: the exact shift from "we care deeply" to a company that could carry its own weight, in an order they could actually run.

How is your business really sitting?

That gap between what you believe and how the business actually runs is what quietly costs money, energy, and time. It grows every year the business runs without anyone checking it.

It matters more now because the ground keeps moving. AI is changing how work gets done inside every business, whether you've decided that on purpose or not.
